Ready for Action Masque

Ready for action masque

People of all races and ages get acne. Acne usually occurs on the face, neck, back, chest, arms and shoulders. For the ladies breakouts commonly appear during their cycle. Guys notice them just before a big event. Prom seems to be the big stress maker and interviews for a new job bring them out as well. Not to mention a first date, just luck, huh! Not really.
Here's the scoop.
If the plugged hair follicle, or comedo, stays beneath the skin, it is called a closed comedo and produces a white bump called a whitehead. A comedo that reaches the surface of the skin and opens up is called a blackhead because it oxidizes and looks black on the skin's surface.
There are so many factors that cause this, from nutritional intake to hormones trying to produce more sebum.
There are a few options to speed up the clearing process.
1. Call your nearest Esthetician
They tend to have a less invasive plan to restore a healthy complexion.
With herbal preparations and deep-cleansing masque for effective treatment of blemishes and blackheads.
Any good esthetician will refer out to a dermatologist if they can no longer assist your condition.
2. Contact a Certified Nutritionist
By monitoring your food consumption they have the ability to help you understand what your body is reacting to.
They may eliminate one item every week until the cause of inflammation is detected.
3. Try to relax and breath. Stress just makes it worse.
Here is my favorite recipe after some experimenting.

2 tablespoons Bentonite Clay
1 teaspoon Organic Jojoba Oil
4 drops Chamomile EO

Mix thoroughly (you want the consistancy of icing so it glides on)
then brush onto a clean face and let sit for 10 to 20 minutes.
Then remove with a warm damp cloth. It does clump up during removal.
Use another towel to catch debris and return it to the earth.

I love this recipie because when bentonite clay absorbs and swells up, it is stretched open like a highly porous sponge.
Toxins are drawn into these spaces through electrical attraction and bound. Bentonite clay is made up of a high number of tiny platelets, with negative electrical charges on their flat surfaces and positive charges on their edges.
The name "bentonite clay" refers to a clay first identified in cretaceous rocks in Fort Benton,
Wyoming. Although bentonite deposits can be found throughout the world, many of the largest concentrations of clay are located in the Great Plains area of North America.
The Organic Jojoba (pronounced ho-HO-ba) is a botanical extract of the seed of the jojoba tree (Simmondsia chinenis). What’s interesting about it is that it isn’t actually an oil, but rather what they call a wax ester.  Because out of all of the compounds in nature, this wax ester is the most similar to human skin oil (sebum). It is conceived that applying jojoba to the skin can guide the skin into thinking it is producing enough oil, thus balancing oil production. The bottom line for us is that jojoba oil is non-comedogenic so we can use it for just about anything.
There are a few excellent types of chamomile essential oil. Chamomile German is a beautiful deep dark blue due to its high azulene content. Bonus properties are antibacterial, antiseptic and disinfectant. Better still it is an anti-inflammatory which lessens the appearance of redness. And just when you thought chamomile couldn't get any better it is also used for sunburn and regeneration treatments.
